Who it is for

Built for receptions that want a polished check-in

  • Receptions that want check-in on iPad or Android tablet.
  • Companies that welcome clients and care about the entry experience.
  • Office managers looking for something visible and quick to adopt.
Why it works

What changes for the guest experience

  • Visitors immediately understand what to do.
  • Reception feels cleaner and more professional.
  • The free version lets teams see the value before buying.
How to start

Start with the free version, then move to structured management when it makes sense

For international buyers, the strongest message is low-friction evaluation: a free product they can test before scheduling a sales call.

  1. Try it online or install the free tablet app.
  2. Validate the workflow with reception, HR, facility or IT.
  3. Move to Cloud when you need multiple devices, web history or several entry points.
What the guest sees

How the app looks at your front desk

At reception the app is not an internal tool: it is the first thing a guest sees of your company. Which is why how it looks matters as much as how it works.

A screen that is yours

Logo, colours and welcome text are customisable. The guest is not facing anonymous software but a screen that matches the rest of how your company presents itself.

The guest picks the language

English, Italian, French, German and Spanish, selectable on the first screen. A technician or driver from abroad registers on their own, without anyone having to interpret at the desk.

The questions are yours to set

Registration fields are configurable: you can ask for the department, a vehicle plate or an authorisation — or cut it down to name, company and host to move faster.

Consent and signature on screen

The privacy notice appears before the signature, and the signature is captured with a finger straight on the tablet. No forms to print, file and then track down again.

Devices

What it runs on and what you need to start

The app is built to run on the tablet you probably already have, with nothing you are obliged to buy.

iPad and Android tablets

The app is on the App Store and Google Play and runs on both platforms. The device can sit on a stand at the desk or be held by whoever greets people.

No dedicated hardware

You need no readers, printers or kiosks to start. If you later want to hand out a visible badge, badges are produced separately with the right format and content, including on pre-cut sheets.

Try before you decide

The free version can be downloaded and used with no time limit. If you just want to see the flow without installing anything, there is the browser demo.

From the front desk outwards

If after trying it you need to bring several desks or sites together, you move to the advanced Cloud version without redoing the visual setup and the questions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the reception app

What office managers and reception leads ask most often before installing it.

Which tablets does the app run on?

iPads and Android tablets. It is designed to be installed on the device you already have at reception: no dedicated hardware and no specific model required.

Can guests use it without help?

Yes, that is the main use case: minimal screens, large fields and a language the guest chooses. Whoever works at the desk steps in only when needed, instead of repeating the same instructions all day.

Can I customise it with our logo?

Yes, logo, colours and welcome text are customisable in both versions. It is what separates "some software" from your company's reception.

Does it work without a connection?

The free version does, entirely offline. The advanced Cloud version needs a connection because it synchronises data across several devices.

Does the tablet stay locked to the app?

In reception use the tablet is dedicated to registration and returns to the welcome screen between guests. How you secure it physically and at system level depends on the device and the stand you choose.

Can I print a badge for the guest?

The app records the visit; for a printed badge there is a separate free tool that generates QR code badges ready for pre-cut A4 sheets or adhesive labels.

How is it different from a full digital reception?

The app is the tool; digital reception is how you organise the welcome around it. The wider picture, with the flow in eight steps, is in the guide on digital reception.

How long does it take to get running?

As long as it takes to download it, upload the logo and decide the questions. The slow part is not technical: it is agreeing internally on what to ask visitors and who reads the data.
